Riderwood resident Sid Lindenberg will give a presentation on Health Insurance for Seniors and Disabled: Past, Present, and Future, at the Riderwood Health Forum at 12:00 noon on Friday, June 21, in the Village Square Music Room. All are invited to attend.
Mr. Lindenberg spent more than 30 years working for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). He is currently a Senior Technical Advisor with the health practice of a major law firm and a volunteer caseworker with the Montgomery County State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) sponsored by the Jewish Council on Aging in Rockville.
He has degrees in Health Services Administration and International Studies. His presentation will address the recent history, current status and issues, and likely future scenarios of health insurance for the senior, disabled, and disadvantaged populations of our area.
Sid and his wife Nancy, formerly of Silver Spring’s Linden Hills neighborhood, have lived at Riderwood a little more than two years, and are the parents of two daughters.
