Dr. Robert Ginsberg, M.D. will give a presentation on, Staying Young, Maintaining Balance and Bone Health, at the Riderwood Health Forum, at 12:00 noon, on Friday, March 15, in the Village Square Music Room.
Dr. Ginsberg graduated from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY, with a degree in biochemistry and received his Doctorate of Medicine in 1980 from the University of Maryland in Baltimore.
In his private practice, Dr. Ginsberg helps his patients gain control of their health and lead longer, healthier lives using early detection of illness and personalized wellness plans. He believes it is this close partnership with his patients that will help them reach their wellness goals. His goal is to help his patients achieve greater health and happiness by first discovering where they are, establishing what they wish for in a health care relationship, and then creating real, achievable goals. Dr. Ginsberg has taken his own approach to health very seriously, with regular exercise. He is avid about racquetball, walking, and hiking and pays serious attention to his diet,
Dr. Ginsberg is a Fellow in the American Academy of Family Physicians, and a member of the American Association of Ayurvedic Medicine, and the Montgomery County Medical Society.
