PGCC class evaluations going digital

By Lynne Curry
Member, Continuing Education Committee

Beginning with the end of the Fall 2018 PGCC trimester, the Continuing Education Committee will ask participating residents to complete their class evaluations online. The link to the evaluation forms will be available starting on Monday, January 21.

By doing the evaluations online, the information entered on the forms can be analyzed quickly, and decisions about classes and teachers can be made in a timely manner. Currently, it takes months for the evaluations to be sorted and analyzed.

Information on where and how to access the link will be provided to residents through flyers on bulletin boards, Chatterwood, and MyErickson. The evaluations can be completed on computers, tablets, or smartphones. The format will be similar to what has been on paper.

Residents who do not have access to a computing device can pick up a printed copy of the evaluation form from their Community Resources Coordinator, who can also email the link to residents.  The Community Resources Coordinators are Amy Hahn in Village Square, Libby Rodriguez in Montgomery Station, Maria Aghguiguian in Town Center, and Amanda Hixenbaugh in Lakeside Commons.
