Calling all groups! Community Resources needs you

By Amanda Hixenbaugh

Coordinator, Community Resources

It’s that time of year again! The Community Resources Team is putting the finishing touches on the newest edition of our Community Resources Handbook. The Community Resources Handbook lists all of our public groups and clubs, and is a valuable tool for new and existing residents who want to keep up with all of the amazing opportunities we have at Riderwood!

Group leaders recently received a packet of information that includes, a new Group Information Form, and the current description we have for your group. Please look this information over and return the Group Information Form to a Community Resources Coordinator no later than Monday, January 7th. We appreciate your timely assistance to ensure that we publish the best handbook possible.

Make sure to join us at the Opportunities Fair on Wednesday, February 27th from 1:00pm-3:00pm in Maryland Hall and the Chesapeake Room at Montgomery Station, where the sky is the limit for our groups! This event is a wonderful opportunity to mix and mingle with group leaders and learn about the diverse groups and clubs that make Riderwood such an amazing place! The new  2019 Community Resources Handbook will be available at the door and at all front desks. We hope to see you there.
