Warren Buffet has said, “Price is what you pay, value is what you get.” Roy Disney said, “It’s not hard to make decisions once you know what your values are.” I like these two thoughts as a context when evaluating and thinking about your decision to move to Riderwood, and the value you are getting for the price you are paying. In fact, every year in our resident satisfaction survey, we consider this very question by asking each resident, “How do you rate the value for price paid at this community?” We want everyone to feel great about the decision you’ve made to move to Riderwood.
There are many different things people individually value when making the decision to move here. The reasons vary: financial stability and predictability; convenient lifestyle; amenities; relationships; integrated healthcare and wellness. The list goes on. Our goal is to continually create the best value we can for the price you are paying.

We’ll be sharing some information regarding financial strength and how Riderwood compares to the marketplace in the things that are understood to be valuable to residents. You made a positive decision to come here to Riderwood, and we believe the value proposition here at Riderwood is pretty good. We hope that you’ll continue to feel positive about that decision to come to Riderwood and are happy with the value you are getting for the price you are paying. I hope you join the conversation and that I see you on
