Remembering the victims of the Holocaust

By Sidney Kirschner

Member, Riderwood Jewish Community

On Friday, April 13, the Riderwood Jewish Community will commemorate Holocaust Remembrance Day, also known as Yom HaShoah.  Observed this year on April 12, this modern Jewish holiday honors the memory of the six million Jews who perished during the Holocaust.

Please join us for our Sabbath evening worship service in the Chapel at 7:30 p.m. on April 13.  Rabbi Stan Levin will focus on the message of the Holocaust as part of the service.
