Have you seen these initials and wondered what they stood for?
The Friday Morning Music Club is a society of professional musicians, established in DC in the 1880’s, to promote classical music in the Washington area. The Society’s members do this by offering their professional services in the form of free concerts.
Riderwood has long benefited from the FMMC’s outreach. Three times a year, as part of the Performing Arts Council’s Classical program, we offer a free concert featuring performances by members of the Friday Morning Music Club.
And we have one of these free concerts coming up on March 4. So look for a poster advertising PAC and the FMMC.
