By popular demand, a second Chair Tai Chi class will be offered at the Lakeside Commons Wellness Studio on Tuesdays from 2:00 to 2:45 p.m.
This class offers gentle, slow, and smooth transitional movements of traditional Tai Chi in the comfort and safety of your chair. This class is ideal for those that cannot stand or have moderate to severe balance issues. Benefits include: balance, flexibility, range of motion, strength, energy, pain relief, tranquility, stress relief, and peace of mind!
