Please join us for a new fitness class, Cardio & Strength Circuit Training for Mind and Body, every Thursday in the LSC Wellness Studio at 2:00 p.m.

This class is great for all fitness and mobility levels and offers body conditioning using cardio and resistance training to target muscle endurance.

Residents can go at their own pace between stations of different exercises focusing on cardio, strengthening, balance and stretching. Summer is just around the corner so get in shape, lose weight, and feel great!
