Respect and caring, a cornerstone of the Erickson Values

Respect and Caring” are the Erickson Values of the month in April. These values are the foundation of the many great relationships formed here at Riderwood,  between both residents and staff members. By communicating courteously with each other, and trying to relate to others in an open, honest, respectful manner we all help ensure Riderwood continues to be such a great place to live and work. As the weather gets warmer and Spring arrives, we’ll all be “out and about” campus more often, let’s all keep in mind how important the values of respect and caring are to everywhere we go and everything we do.

The Erickson Living Values Team (ELVT) is excited to sponsor Riderwood’s annual Peeps Diorama contest, which will take place the week of April 17th. Each community building will be forming a team to design a creative display based on our theme: “Show your Maryland Pride, Peeps!” Each team’s creation will be displayed in their community building before the final judging on Wednesday, April 19th. Come out and vote for your favorite peeps display in the Montgomery Station Lobby. We have a LOT of different things to be proud of in Maryland, so make sure you come to the final judging to see all of our teams’ great ideas and vote for your favorite! There’s more information to come – keep an eye out for our flyer!
