Thank you to each and every resident and staff for nominating our Riderwood staff for the Erickson Living Values award! This is a great way to show appreciation and acknowledge those for going above and beyond in their job duties on a daily basis. Staff members who win this award receives a day off with pay, a monetary reward, and recognition for their great work during our monthly employee meetings.
For the month of November and December, we received over a dozen nominations for the Erickson Living Values Award. We are happy to announce the winner for the month of November is Shanice Lyles, Dining Services and the winner for the month of December is Heather Hicks-Mello, Community Resources Coordinator. When you see them please congratulate them on a job well done.
If you see a staff person going above and beyond their job duties, please pick up a nomination form, available in each community building at the bulletin boards, write their name and department, and write down the story of what they did. Then turn it into any Erickson Living Values Team member (listed on the back of the form), drop it off to the Human Resources Department in Town Center or email the nomination to RWVELVAward@erickson.com.
The Erickson Living Values Team always strives to showcase the value of the month. The value for January is the Erickson Living Vision. Vision: Erickson Living will serve the senior marketplace by growing strategically through a culture of accountability, innovation, and commitment.
